Sign Installer/Service Technician

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sign business. The ideal candidate will show a positive attitude, a dedication to safety and an organized approach in their day-to-day assignments. This is a career-oriented position with one of New England’s oldest and most well established sign companies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 year’s experience in the sign business
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good driving record (pre-employment DMV background check)
  • Crane & bucket truck experience (CDL and Crane license a plus)
  • Drug free (pre-employment drug testing required)
  • Must have a neat appearance and a positive attitude

Sign Fabricator

Compensation: Salary based on experience

One of CT’s Premier Sign Companies has an opening for an experienced Sign Fabricator. SIGNLite is a Safety Conscious Work Environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years preferred
  • Experience in fabricating all types of signs and lighting applications
  • Welding experience
  • Good work ethic and able to work efficiently with others

Seeking highly qualified self starting tenacious candidate for a full-time, in-house position 

Business Developer/Sales:

Understanding of marketing principals and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs

Business development responsibilities:

  1. Main area of focus will be to generate new leads
  2. Build market position by:
  • Locating and researching future customers
  • Schedule appointments and or presentations
  • Maintaining customer relations with new and existing customers
  • Follow up with client upon completion of project
  • Must be able to cold call potential clients with confidence
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • Excellent organizational skills

Requirements:

  1. Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and have strong Search Engine skills
  2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  3. Strong research & strategic analysis skills
  4. Applicant must hold a valid clean driving license
