COMPANY HISTORY

SIGN Lite has been designing, fabricating and installing high-quality custom signage since 1966. We have grown from a small family business serving the New Haven area, to a full-service corporation serving clients all over the Northeast. Today we specialize in planning wayfinding and directional signage, and creating environmental design packages that seamlessly integrate interior and exterior elements. Throughout our company's growth, our uncompromising attention to detail and devotion to customer service has continued to set us apart from the crowd.

Located in North Haven, Conn., we have a 25,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with a skilled staff that includes sheet metal fabricators, woodworkers, spray painters, CNC operators, a complete vinyl and graphic design department with the latest in digital imaging software, and our own installation and service crews. We have all of the equipment, craftsmen and experience necessary to complete large and complicated projects. In fact, we invite you to take a tour of our facilities and see for yourself!

SIGN Lite has many qualifications that make it easy for clients to meet the strict requirements of city- and state-funded projects. A WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) certified by the State of Connecticut, SIGN Lite participates in the state's Small Business Set-Aside Program. We are also a certified Equal Employment Opportunity company and affiliated with the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades Union, Local 186. With a total bonding capacity of $3 million and insurance coverage of $5 million, we are capable of meeting the needs of almost any project.
